She started out as a server and worked her way up to General Manager by loyalty, hard work, and dedication. She constantly is making sure operations are running smoothly and that every guest and team member loves Soyumi as much as she does!

Front of House ManagerAshley has been in the service industry for over 4 years now and brings that knowledge and understanding of all things customer service to the team. She makes sure the guests are enjoying every experience they have with us and that the staff is having fun doing it!

Joseph Dayoub
Back of House ManagerJoseph has been with the company for collectively over 4 years now. He worked his way up to management from a line cook position. He has previous experience cooking at a Thai restaurant. He is a wizard with a wok and it shows! Joseph leads his team and makes sure all the behind-the-scenes work is done so our food is as yummy as our name says!
